Mr. Karim provides strategic planning, conflict resolution, and counseling in out-of-court disputes as well as ongoing court proceedings. His experience positions him to prosecute an array of legal contests, including multifaceted litigation in state and federal courts. He has conducted trials in Colorado, Kansas, and Missouri, and embraces challenges that come with complex and novel legal issues, including those imbued with public interest and far-reaching consequences.
Areas of practice include litigation and trials involving breaches of contract, negligence, fraud, mandamus, and government overreach. He is also experienced in appellate advocacy and original (writ) proceedings.
Mr. Karim provides advice and representation to Boards of County Commissioners as private counsel in court proceedings and other matters relating to Board affairs and jurisdiction.
He offers consulting, litigation, and local counsel support services, principally when strategic planning is needed in pre-litigation stages as well as in pending actions.

Mr. Karim has served on the Legal Ethics Committee of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Subcommittee to Restructure the Legal Ethics Committee, the Legal Ethics Advisory Panel, and the Law Schools Committee.
He has been twice appointed to the Professional Responsibility Tribunal for a total of six years of service and was elected to be its Chief Master during his last year.
For several years, Mr. Karim served on the Interprofessional Relations Committee of the Oklahoma County Bar Association and was the Committee's Chairman in 2004 and 2005. In relation to the Interprofessional Relations Committee, he served as an ex-officio board member (2003, 2004) of the Oklahoma County Medical Society.
